YAAN Z - CREATOR VIP LICENSE AGREEMENT (MICRO-COMMERCIAL)

Thank you for supporting Yaan Z's music.
This document defines your rights as a VIP Subscriber.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
During your active subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to use the music provided in this package
for your own content creation.

2. USAGE LIMITATIONS (THE "SAFE HARBOR" LIMITS)
This license is specifically designed for independent creators.
It remains valid ONLY under the following conditions:
- AUDIENCE LIMIT: Your social media channel/account must have
  under 50,000 subscribers/followers at the time of publication.
- VIEW LIMIT: Individual videos or projects using this music
  must not exceed 100,000 total views.
- GEOGRAPHY: Worldwide usage.

3. PROHIBITED USES
- You may NOT re-sell, sub-license, or distribute the music files.
- You may NOT use this music for TV, Cinema, Netflix, or
  Large-scale Corporate Advertising (Project budget > $1,000).
- You may NOT register the music as your own on Content ID systems.

4. ATTRIBUTION REQUIREMENT
You must include the following credit in your project description:
"Music by Yaan Z | https://yaanz.art"

5. UPGRADING
If your audience grows beyond 50,000 followers or your video
goes viral (>100k views), congratulations! Please contact
hello@yaanz.art to upgrade to a Professional/Standard license.
